Delete your Lanjoot account
You can permanently delete your Lanjoot family account and its data here, or in the app under Family account → Delete our account.
What gets deleted
- Your family registration: parent name, email, password, phone and city, and your children’s names and ages.
- Every child’s online progress: stars, coins, levels, streaks, buddy outfits and mistakes.
- All sign-in sessions on every device.
Nothing is kept afterwards, except briefly in Google’s automatic backups. Progress saved only on a device (without an account) is removed by deleting the player or uninstalling the app.
Step 1. Enter the email address of your family account. We’ll send you a 6-digit code to confirm it’s you.
Step 2. Enter the code from your email, then type DELETE to confirm.
Your Lanjoot family account and all its data have been deleted.
Can’t get the email? Message us on WhatsApp at +62 815-1300-4990 with your account email, and we’ll delete it for you within 7 days.
